Return Policy

Because of the nature of bath and body products we cannot accept returns.

However, if anything in your order is damaged, missing or incorrect please contact us at sandy@simplyorganicsoap.com so we can make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
If a refund is warranted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
